Foothealth UK Ltd recognises that in relation to personal data of end users that our customers are the data controller and we become the data processor. By providing this information required for the goods/services you are consenting the use of this data as the data controller.  We will notify you immediately as the data processor if we receive a request to access, rectify or delete any personal data from the end user.

We will process any information received in accordance to all data protection laws and the data controller’s instructions in order to provide the goods and services required. We will not contact the end user unless requested by the data controller. By giving consent for us to contact the end user you are confirmed they have given their consent for us to receive this information and to contact them.

We use Google analytics to allow us to monitor how users use our website. We may post links to social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter etc to provide information regarding our products or services.  We are unable to control how your data is collected, stored or used by these sites or how it is shared.  Please review the privacy policies and settings on these sites.

We also may provide links to external websites.  We cannot accept any responsibility for the privacy policies or practices of 3rdparties.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent loss, unauthorised access, misuse or alteration of your personal information.  We will store the personal information you provide on our password protected and firewall protected servers.
